Policies

Order placement and processing:

  • All on-line orders placed by 2:00 pm (Monday-Friday) will be shipped by the next business day if possible.
  • Since not all items may be available at all times, Kayhart Co. will not ship any substitute’s items without the customer’s prior approval. We will cancel back orders after 30 days unless the customer requests otherwise. You will not be charged for call-in orders until it is shipped.
  • For expedient order entry, use our on-line Catalog & Shopping Cart System. All on-line orders are confirmed by E-Mail. If there is a question or problem with an order we will contact you within 24 hours.
  • If you prefer to order offline please call 1 800 871-8766 or fax us at 724-836-1985
  • If your Service Provider (like America On-line) does not support a secure server connection please use the Un-Secure Check out
  • Order Conformation will be emailed to you.

Pricing and Payment terms/conditions:

 

  • All prices are reflected in U.S. Dollars.
  • We accept the following Credit Cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit Cards must be issued from Financial Institutions located in the United States or Canada.
  • Payments via PayPal are also accepted.
  • Money orders are accepted.
  • We donot accept personal checks with online orders.
  • Credit card will be billed on call-in orders at time of shipping.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:

 

  • All Domestic orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Please note that UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. 
  • Shipping charges are fixed by the shopping cart system. Exact charges will be determined at time of shipping.
  • Delivery time can be calculated by using the (UPS website) www.ups.com for UPS orders and FedEx.com for all FedEx orders.  Our shipping origin is 15601.
  • Domestic orders are those orders delivered within the 48 states. Orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii will be best shipped US mail.
  • Postal shipping is available to P.O.Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. You will be quoted these rates before we process your order.
  • Kayhart Co. will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage of international orders once they are released to the carrier.
  • Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address listed with the issuing bank.
  • Tracking numbers for UPS will be emailed to the customer after the order is shipped.
  • Any free shipping is only for the continental us.
  • No flamable products can be shipped out of the continental U.S.

Return or Replacement:

 

  • Any UNUSED item can be returned for within 20 days for exchange or refund.
  • Items returned for refund will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Customer is responsible for returning items to Kayhart Co. and costs of return.
  • Restocking fee does not apply to items shipped in error on our part.
  • If wrong items are shipped from Kayhart Co. we will issue a prepaid UPS shipping label to the customer so the wrong items can be returned at no charge to the customer.
  • All returns must have an R/A number(return auth.).
  • Any returns without an R/A number will be refused.
  • Any refused orders or unclaimed orders returned to the carrier will billed shipping charges and a $10.00 handling fee.
  • No returns on closeouts or special orders.

Damaged Items

 

  • If your item(s) arrives damaged contact carrier.  Please donot discard anything including all packaging material. You will need to have the tracking number from the shipping label. Call us and we will replace the item(s) based on carrier's instructions.
